DIRECTIONS
- Adults 18 years and older: Rinse and gargle 10ml (2 tsp) twice daily for 90 seconds after brushing. Do not swallow. Wait 5 minutes before eating.
- Children 12-17 years: Rinse and gargle with 10ml (2 tsp) once daily after brushing. Do not swallow. Wait 5 minutes before eating.
