Recognize the signs of mild dehydration early. Look for a sticky or dry mouth or increased thirst. Other signs include lethargy, decreased urine output, or dark yellow urine. These ice blocks are suitable for paediatric use and are safe for use during pregnancy.

Directions

1. Place the blocks in the freezer.
2. When frozen, cut open one end with clean scissors.
3. Push the frozen block from the uncut end.
4. Suck small amounts until consumed. Hydralyte Electrolyte Ice Blocks may be consumed unfrozen. However, Ready to Use Solution is more convenient as a drink. Dosage Guidelines: - Under 12 months: 1 block every 60 mins (Max 16/day). - 1-3 years: 1 block every 60 mins (Max 24/day). - 3-6 years: 1 block every 60 mins (Max 32/day). - 6-12 years: 2 blocks every 60 mins (Max 43/day). - 12- Adult years: 3 blocks every 60 mins (Max 64/day). For other dehydration causes: Drink when thirsty or exhibiting signs of dehydration. Do not exceed the maximum daily dosage.
